William P. "Bill" Delaney is an electrical engineer with degrees from RPI and MIT.  He has been associated with the MIT Lincoln Laboratory for over 50 years and has served as the Laboratory's Assistant Director.  His experience is in military applications. 

Bill is still active at Lincoln in a less than full-time role.  He is an advisor to the Office of the Secretary of Defense through his membership on the Defense Science Board.
